Hey, hey Monarch! I’m so glad you’re here. This group is about taking charge of those pesky, b*tch-*ss negative thoughts and intrusive ideas that try to bring you down. We will kick them to the curb and reclaim your mental space for positivity and growth. You wouldn’t (or perhaps shouldn’t) allow others to speak to you in a demeaning, scary way, so why would YOU talk to yourself that way? This is likely a learned behavior, but KNOW that you deserve to know and FEEL how precious you are.

  • Techniques to bring you back to the present when negative thoughts arise.

  • Practicing mindfulness to stay present and reduce the impact of intrusive thoughts.

  • Learn cognitive-behavioral techniques to restructure negative thinking patterns.

  • Use journaling as a tool to track and analyze thoughts.

  • Creating a safe space to share experiences and support one another.
